As a Welcome Team member, you’ll be the first real-life contact that KatKin customers have with our brand. Your mission is to make every cat parent feel welcome, informed, empowered and excited about their cat’s fresh meals. You will be responsible for calling cat parents to help them to understand our full proposition and products and improve loyalty. 

The aim of this role is to deliver moments of delight to our customers, starting with phone calls, but this will expand to various methods as we explore new opportunities in future to provide a world class experience.

• In this role, you can expect to have:

  • 24hr fixed hours per week, part-time, work fully remote within the UK (with option for more)

  • Average 4-8 hour shifts

• Outbound calling new customers to deliver moments of delight by talking to them about their experience, advising them on our range of products and informing them of our proposition and service

• Monitoring your own productivity levels as well as performance in trial conversion improvement, quality scores and commission earned

• Submitting Voice of the Customer workflows to deliver valuable insight and improvement ideas back to the wider business.
