Calling all animal lovers! We’re seeking flexible weekend workers for store sampling / field sales activity. Shifts available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
£18 p/h plus uncapped commission (average shift 7 hours)

What we do at KatKin
For uncompromising cat parents who want the best, KatKin goes hardcore for cat health. We make the UK’s most popular fresh cat food: 100% human-quality meat, gently cooked, and frozen for freshness.
Where the competition cuts corners, catfishes customers and puts profits over health, we put cat wellbeing first. No shortcuts. No secret recipes. We’re cutting the fluff, thinking fresh and channelling hardcore love into industry-wide change. So cats live long and cat parents can love hard without compromise.
Having started as a two person team in 2019, founders Brett and Nikki have grown KatKin from a small startup to a leading pet-food industry disruptor kick-starting a new category of healthier cat food in the UK - “Fresh”. Our vet formulated, science backed recipes are now delivered to 60,000+ cats UK wide, and counting.
The Role
Our Brand Ambassador role suits personable, energised people seeking flexible weekend work that fits around other commitments. You’ll be selling to customers in various retail stores, providing them with free samples of our fresh cat food packs and driving sales of variety/multipacks.
Please note that successful candidates would be classified as self employed and therefore responsible for their own taxes. If you would like some clarity on what your financial responsibilities are as a self employed worker, please feel free to ask.
Key ownership areas
● Run in-store sampling - Set up sampling stations in stores, engaging cat parents in
conversations and handing out free samples of KatKin fresh food.
● Drive sales of KatKin variety / multipack boxes in store, with attractive commission for
the sale of each box put through the till.
● Build relationships with in store and regional teams to ensure they are engaged with the
brand
● Support in store execution helping KatKin put its best paw forward in our retail freezers,
running stock checks and reporting on daily activity.
Who we are looking for:
● People person - you love striking up a conversation and building relationships with
people
● Never Give Up Mindset - motivated by uncapped pay potential, and have a competitive, never give up spirit
● Must love animals! - you love animals and want to help pet parents do the best for their
cats
● Self Starter - you can work independently and take on challenges yourself
● Sales experience (preferred) - you have some experience in sales / pitching. This is not
a must have. If you’re confident, friendly and like a challenge we want to hear from you.
● Full UK driving license - preferably access to own car - we cover travel expenses
What We Offer
● £18 p/h base rate for 6 - 7 hour shifts (with 30 min unpaid lunch break)
● Uncapped commission with OTE of £150 - £170 per shift
