We’re a small, entrepreneurial, creative team of 45 people, focused on the mission to give all cats the food they truly deserve - 100% fresh premium meat.
We hire the best, so you’ll work with, learn from and challenge top D2C industry talent to accelerate customer acquisition.
You'll own our most strategically important digital channels to drive measurable business growth. You’ll get exposure to a broad range of digital and offline marketing, and see the impact the channels (and your work) have on the business.
As our Acquisition Manager you’ll work closely with our agency to drive our SEO strategy. You will also own our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy, continually testing, learning and iterating to improve website conversion, and prioritising projects with our tech team to drive long-term channel growth.
You’ll obsess over funnel data and intuitively understand customer problems to launch new A/B tests, plus effectively manage and prioritise SEO projects.
We are not afraid to take risks in pursuit of improving performance. Small changes can make a big difference to conversion, but so can big changes too!
Our Growth team is a small team with a big impact and motivation, so a proactive attitude is a must! You'll be an optimistic contrarian who’s not afraid to voice opinions and bring new ideas (using both your creative and data brain!) to life.
