The Role
As Digital Growth Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution and testing for PPC channels (Google and Bing) to acquire new customers and reduce CPA.
You’ll manage a significant and strategically important part of our acquisition channel mix to drive long-term, profitable growth of the business.
You’ll enjoy significant budgets, flexibility in structuring and optimising our accounts, and creating a solid test plan to drive growth. Plus the opportunity to learn and own other digital channels.
Our Growth team is a small team with a big impact and ambition, so a proactive attitude is a must! You'll be an optimistic contrarian who’s not afraid to voice opinions and bring new ideas (using both your creative and data brain!) to life. We are not afraid to take risks in the pursuit of growth.
